Understanding the Abuse. Reclaiming Yourself. Healing Forward.
If you've experienced narcissistic abuse, you may have left the relationship—but still feel trapped by self-doubt, anxiety, guilt, or a constant sense of walking on eggshells.
You're not alone, and you're not "too sensitive."
Narcissistic abuse changes the way you think, feel, and respond to the world. It can leave you questioning your reality, your worth, and even your identity. The good news is that healing is possible.
Join Licensed Professional Counselor and trauma specialist Gina Rivera Sokolich, LPC, for a compassionate, trauma-informed workshop designed to help you understand what happened, why recovery can feel so difficult, and how to begin reconnecting with yourself.
This educational and experiential workshop combines practical education with nervous system awareness, self-reflection, and evidence-informed strategies to support healing after emotional abuse.
In This Workshop You'll Learn
How to recognize the patterns of narcissistic abuse and coercive control
Why trauma bonding makes it so difficult to leave
How gaslighting affects confidence and self-trust
What happens to the brain and nervous system during prolonged emotional abuse
